the dvd provides a nice array of exercises to be done on the ab rocket, at various levels of fitness and coordination. the first few times, using it did feel awkward or different, but that is because it is not like an ab machine i have used before. i feel sore from the top of my abs under my ribs, down to my lower abs and pelvis, and my obliques too. the master flex attachment was a disappointment. that is awkward, cumbersome. the resistance bands, i found, were uncomfortable and performance of the exercises inhibited by the position of the ab rocket. i have resistance bands of my own and use them instead of the flex master attachment. also, i bought the attachment because it was advertised to have exercises for the legs as well. it does not!!! all the flex master attachment exercises are for the upper body only!! keep that in mind when purchasing. but all in all, the ab rocket rules. it's easy. it folds up to store under my coffee table, or sits on my rocking chair. i use it everyday. so does my mom and my boyfriend. we all feel it. i know it will yield results because it makes my abs work hard!!! :)

I bought this back when it was $99 and returned it! I definitely wouldn't pay almost $140 for it! That's a joke! The ab rocket was easy to put together and was ok the first couple of times I used it but gradually, by the end of the first week I started feeling stiffness in my neck. I tried it for another week and the stiffness turned into pure pain in my neck. I returned this product immediately. The only thing I liked about it was the fact that it was portable, lightweight, and easy to put together. The downside is that it has no neck support and the resistance is a joke! The material it's made out of is nothing impressive. Sorry, I would never in a million years pay this much for it. In fact, I would never buy it again!

I was hoping to tone my abs with the ab rocket but unfortunately it's a flimsy product. Even when using the highest tension springs, it's like doing sit-ups, only in a chair. Was hoping the flex master attachment would tone my arms but one of the resistance bands shredded during the first use! Very disappointed in this product.

It works, I haven't had any result yet but that's just cuz I haven't been consistent with it but my two sisters have gotten results! I need to work on wanting to work more
