I absolutely Love my Valslides. I've lost 20 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 8 in 3 months following Valerie Waters program and using the Valslides. I use them for my lower body, upper body and especially my abs. I really don't like doing lunges or mountain climbers but these have made it fun again.
I highly recommend the Valslides to everyone and especially the Red Carpet Ready workouts by Valerie Waters.
She is famous for sculpting the long, lean Hollywood body like Jennifer Garner's and really who doesn't want to have a body like hers.

I love them! It slides really easy on a carpet and let you flow right into an exercise. I tried another style and type, but this was far better in quality. I think you would be very happy with this product.

Why pay $35 for this product when you can buy furniture sliders at any store for $15 and they come with 4 of them. Split the cost with a friend and you just saved $27!

These are furniture movers plain and simple. It comes with suggested workouts but guess what there are so few moves you can actually use these things for the exercise routines actually list moves that don't even include the Valslides. If you really want to try it go to the store and buy cheap furniture moving pads for a fourth of what you will pay for these. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back.
