I get so bored on the tread mill, and the only way I can get on one is to get my mind lost in reading a book. This product works great, it holds one side on to the top of the tread mill and the other holds my book. It is wide enough to easily turn the pages.

It does fit over my elipitcal, but tends to vibrate off to the sides when the eliptical is in motion. I used a large size rubber band to keep it from sliding off, but maybe some kind of grabbers could be included in the design to keep it staionary. For a retrofit solution and the price - it was acceptable.

I like to read while cycling on my stationery bike, but my physical therapist said I needed something that would prevent me constanly looking down as I have a herniated disc in my neck. This fits conveniently over the controls, and I can read and maintain good posture while cycling. I wish I'd had this years ago, but better late than never.
