this amazing machine came via fed ex yesterday. my 10 year old daughter and i were able to assemble it quickly without any drama! the construction is good and the monitor is easy to read while using the machine. it is really a great value for the price. my only concern is how the plastic pedals are going to hold up and if the velcro will last. time will tell.

I've only owned this two weeks (got it second hand from a friend who'd never used it) and the pedals are already on the verge of breaking. Unbelieveably cheap. Glad I got it for free because I wouldn't pay for this product.

I have owned this for a month now. It is a very good exercise machine - simple and effective. I haven't observed the noise that some other reviewers have complained about. I don't really look at the displays, but they seem to be good.
The machine works great for my height (5' 8"), but I can see that it can accommodate someone much taller than me. Only minor annoyance is the foot rest (or foot hold, or whatever you call it). It doesn't hold your feet that well, but once you get the flow of rowing, it is not a big deal. I read a review by someone who added a clamp at the bottom to keep the feet in place. Mine came with a half-inch projection at the bottom. It helps a bit.

This product is wonderful. I've had it for just a while now, and I feel great. Even the way it was shipped was wonderful. It was very easy to put together; and it takes up very little space. I LOVE that you can stand it up on it's back. I live in an apartment, and it fits nicely against a small wall.
It's quiet, and very easy to use. I read in other reviews that shorter people have had difficulty using this, but I can't imagine why. I'm 5'4, and have no problems with it. It's comfortable, and the seat slides smoothly.
I was shocked at how great a workout you get for such a low price (compared to most useful workout equipment). I have already recommended this to others. I am very happy with my purchase.
